What the label should tell you
A Supplement Facts panel lists the serving size, each ingredient's amount and its % Daily Value. A proprietary blend gives a total weight but not each amount. Our guide to what label words really mean covers blends and extracts.
Safety notes, ingredient by ingredient
- Panax ginseng: can affect blood sugar and interact with blood thinners and some other medicines, per the NCCIH.
- Maca and rhodiola: limited human research, so long-term safety is less clear. See rhodiola quality and labeling.
- Grape seed extract: ask a clinician first if you take blood thinners.
- L-Citrulline: can matter for people on blood pressure or heart medicines.
- Zinc, B3, B6: have upper intake limits, and several supplements together can add up. Read about zinc, niacin and vitamin B6.
What is missing
No ingredient amounts, no third-party test results and no named manufacturer appear on the pages we reviewed. We suggest asking the brand before you buy.
For more background, see NCCIH: Using Dietary Supplements Wisely and our note on gummies and blood sugar.
Not medical advice. Strong Peak is a dietary supplement, not a treatment for any condition. Please talk to your clinician.
Not on the brand pages we reviewed. Check the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle or ask the brand's support.
Grape Seed Extract appears in the brand's ingredient section but not in its FAQ list. Only the bottle label settles it.
That depends on the medicine and the dose. Ask your pharmacist, especially about blood thinners, blood pressure and diabetes medicines.
