Editorial standards
Our standards
- Facts first. Product facts come from the brand's own pages and are labeled "stated by the brand."
- General science from public sources. We link to NIH, FDA, NCCIH, MedlinePlus, CDC and FTC.
- No medical claims. We do not say a supplement treats, cures or boosts anything.
- No invented proof. No fake ratings, reviews or customer numbers.
- Limits stated. We note missing amounts, conflicting details and safety cautions.
- Updates. We recheck pages when the brand's information changes. Last full review: October 2026.
